|WE DO NOT ACCEPT DONATIONS OR COLLECT MONEY FOR OR ON BEHALF OF PRISONERS OR THEIR FAMILIES.
BEFORE YOU CONTACT US PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE
Respectfully, we receive thousands of requests from people all over the world looking for other people who have gone missing on drug related cases and through other circumstances. Many claim to be family members looking for loved ones. As you can imagine, we face a very dark world and many drug dealers, human traffickers etc... also contact us looking for their mules/cargo. As a precaution, we follow a standard procedure so as not to compromise prisoners or their right to privacy.
If your loved one or someone you know is arrested, you should contact the relevant Embassy in the location where they were detained. It is up to the PRISONER to decide who THEY inform and HOW they maintain contact.
We cannot confirm arrest details beyond that which is already in the public domain unless we have consent from the prisoner. This is in respect to their privacy.
We cannot forward emails or letters or parcels to prisoners on your behalf. We cannot arrange access for you to visit a prison as a general rule you must register to secure a place on a visitors list. This can be arranged through your Embassy.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we endeavor to respond to your requests.
Current delays in responding to emails is to be expected (3 weeks)
