We have to be competed two prison libraries according to our previous plan. This project we have decided with the recommendation of Prison Management Department of His Majesty Government of Nepal in the year 2004. We have selected fifteen prison to establish library on the based of need , number of prison population and remote areas.

The main aims to establish library in Prison is to store the Bibles and Christian literatures with respectfully and orderly. In one prison library we provide five hundreds books about USD five hundred value and furniture's about two hundreds USD.value. including two book racks, two Benches and a study table as we have designed. We have our own sample. Books and furniture value are about USD.700. for each library. There are seventy three prisons in the country. There are many request from inmates and authority to establish library. We have vision to have library in all the prisons of Nepal as permit the resources.

In Chautara Prison we have visited three months ago and order the furniture and gave our designed according to our sample and after that we have fixed the tentative date for opening library by inviting social workers Christian leaders if available and district Governors and chief security officer and news reporters.

On fifteen September 2005, all guest came in our opening program inside the prison acoording to our invitation. The news reporters were very happy to enter the prison because of our program otherwise authority do not allow the news reporter inside the prison. Our opening ceremony was published in leading medias and in local television. I am telling you very honestly it is high standerd service to impact the community and authority through this library project. The medias appreciated our Project. The library will help inmates to utilized their time in prison and develop their positive attitude. Mainly we have selected book from such as Christian books over 50%, moral , social, legal , historical which may useful for inmates. The main aim of library is to enter the Bibles and Christian books in the prison with respectfully otherwise normally not allow the Christian books inside the prisons.
