All were charged with possession of a gun and explosive device, obstructing police work. Each fined US$1000 to pay families of a militia man who the Laos regime claims was killed during a clash between Laos Army and Hmong people.

Found guilty of drug trafficking. He was arrested in 2002 with 1.5 kilograms of heroin. Abubakari reportedly confessed that he was hired by a man in the Thai capital, Bangkok to carry the drugs to Vientiane. He received a plane ticket and 1,000 US dollars. Detained: Phonthong Prison Vientiane Laos Sentence: Sentenced to Death.
