Luang Prabang Prison Loas
Located 3 km from the City of Vientiane. Samkhe is a domestic jail beyond the statue of General Kaison Pomvihan. Turn right to Nong Niang Village, take the dirt road through the village and you will discover Ban Samkhe.

Your support to all political prisoners in Somkhe Prison is urgently required. Where there is no court sentence, there is no hope of being released. No government has the right to detain a person indefinitely. This is in direct violation of the UN Declaration of Human Rights.
