Stephen John Sutton Updates
Stephen Sutton Update 13 July 2006

Stephen Sutton has lost his appeal. The appeal Court considered that the Judge had enough evidence to find Stephen Sutton guilty of the charge of being "a member of an illegal international syndicate with the intention of trafficking narcotics for commercial purposes". According to the judicial process in Argentina, there are no further avenues for any future appeals. Australian Consular Staff are due to visit Stephen in August 2006.
